Who we are

Eirvancee is a business based in Dublin, Ireland. We build and run growth and back-office systems for businesses. For anything to do with your personal data you can reach us at [email protected]. For the data described in this policy, Eirvancee is the data controller.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through this page, through the booking form on it, and through any emails you exchange with us as a result.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you book a consultation: first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and your company name or website if you choose to give it.
  • Booking details: the slot you pick, your time zone, and anything you write in a notes or message field.
  • Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and which pages you viewed. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To confirm, remind you about, reschedule or cancel the consultation you asked for, and to hold the call. Legal basis: performing what you asked us to do, and your consent given when you booked.
  • To reply to your enquiry and follow up on the conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you ticked the optional box. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.
  • To measure how well our advertising works and to improve this page. Legal basis: your consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
  • To keep proper business records and meet legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This page contains the Meta pixel, which reports events such as a page view or a completed booking back to Meta so we can measure our ads and reach similar audiences. Depending on your settings, that may involve cookies and the sharing of limited technical data with Meta. You can manage this in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions, including our landing page, CRM, scheduling and email platform (HighLevel and LeadConnector), our email delivery provider, and Meta for advertising measurement. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses are relied on. We may also share data where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected for, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for legal, accounting or dispute reasons. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as you stay subscribed, plus a short period afterwards to show that you unsubscribed.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Email [email protected] and we will deal with your request within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

Security

We use reputable providers, restrict access to the people who need it, and keep accounts protected. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and we will tell you and the regulator about a breach where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
