1. Who we are

This page is operated by Eirvancee, a business based in Dublin, Ireland. You can contact us at [email protected]. By using this page or booking a consultation through it, you agree to these terms.

2. What this page is for

This page describes what we do and lets you book a free consultation with us. It is marketing material and general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and it is not a contract for services.

3. The free consultation

The consultation is free and there is no obligation on either side. Nothing is signed on the call. We may reschedule or cancel a booking if we have to, and we will tell you by email if that happens. If you cannot make it, please use the link in your confirmation email to move or cancel your slot so we can offer the time to someone else. We may decline to hold a call, for example where we do not think we can help.

4. Pay when you get paid

Our commercial model is that you do not pay upfront and you pay an agreed share of the results we bring in. The exact scope, the share, how results are measured, how and when payment is made, and how either side can end the arrangement are set out in a separate written agreement. Only that signed agreement creates any obligation to pay. Until it is signed, nothing described on this page or discussed on a call is binding.

5. No guarantee of results

Any figures, examples or case references on our pages describe what happened for specific businesses. They are illustrations, not promises, and they are not a guarantee or projection of what you will achieve. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your team and factors outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Information you give us

Please give accurate details when you book, and keep your login and email secure. You agree not to use this page unlawfully, not to attempt to interfere with it, and not to submit anyone else personal details without their permission.

7. Our content

The text, design, graphics and logos on these pages belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. The Eirvancee name and logo are ours.

8. Third party tools and links

These pages rely on third party services, including our landing page, scheduling and email platform and advertising measurement tools. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third party services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Availability

We try to keep these pages available and accurate, but we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of data arising out of your use of these pages or a free consultation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use it is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
